A final study showed that your body creates up to 48 percent more protein when an amino acid drink is consumed after a workout.
Unfortunately, there was no change in protein synthesis when glutamine was added to the mix.

This is the kind of indo I’m looking for. I just started working out with weights for the fist time. I want to do things the correct way, and that includes which supplements to take. I am a 16 year old male, and about 165 pounds. Thanks in advance!
